Innovisor and its #ThreePercentRule is mentioned in a practical guide for nursing students. Great to see that the next generation nursing and health leaders are taught about the power of networks and informal influence.

Power and influence are said to  be about what you know and who you know, but senior leaders are less influential than you might think. Employees who are influencers and are highly connected have twice as much power to influence change as people with hierarchical power. Just 3% of people can influence up to 90% of the colleagues. The ‘super connectors’ are trusted by their peers, make sense of things and reduce ambiguity for others.
