What is the job:
The Business Intelligence Associate will help us to set the bar even higher by focusing on the following activities:
- Support our Client Enablers on project delivery
- Analyze data and draw contextual conclusions from large data sets
- Standardize quality assurance procedures with our Center of Excellence
- Optimize our data processes & tools to make us more efficient and generate business intelligence
We expect you to posses the following qualifications:
The Business Intelligence Associate needs to possess or have a drive to grow into the following areas:
- Problem-solving: you view challenges as an exciting opportunity to innovate
- Data analytics: you are intrigued by and see analytical opportunities in large data sets
- Tech savvy: experience working with Power BI, Excel macros, Azure (& the desire to dive deeper)
- Passion: knowing our field of Organizational Network Analysis is not a requirement, but we expect you to get excited about it quickly 😊
Who are we looking for?
- You are a likeable colleague with a can-do attitude, who enjoys working together as a team
- You are in the last semester of your Bachelor’s, or your first year of your Master’s degree
- You have international experience & a global mindset
